Arkansas Yoga Center Holiday Schedule

Greetings to our AYC Family!

As we near the holiday season, we have a few class schedule changes to let you know about, so you can plan accordingly.

We plan to be open for most of the holidays except for the following days:

No classes on Thanksgiving Thursday, but we will have class on Saturday the 26th (Andrea will be subbing for Jimmye that day).We will have classes on Sunday the 27th, so if you are in town and want to work off any extra turkey or stress, come on by!We will be closed on Sunday, Christmas Day as well as Monday the 26th, and closed on Sunday January 1st (New Year’s Day). Classes will begin for the New Year on Monday Jan 2nd.

Our wonderful NIA teacher, Melissa, has to leave town for a journey to New Mexico to help her father through his treatment for cancer. We here at AYC wish her peace and safe travels. Her father will benefit greatly from her energy, but we will miss her here. She departs right after her NIA class this Saturday (Nov 12th) and will return to teach in December on Saturday Dec 10th.

We appreciate all of you for your continued support and your commitment to your health and well being. Thanks to all of you for spreading the word about our new center. We have stretched to new heights since our doors opened at the end of August! As Walt Disney said, “create something so wonderful that they keep coming back, and they bring people with them!”

From my heart to yours, Namasté
