Want to Learn How to Sew?

Staci Bell is preparing to start the next one in late July/early August but I wanted to get feedback from you all first on times and content. Just to recap, each class will be twice a month for 2 hours, $15 per class. Please answer the questions below and e-mail them back to me at your earliest convenience.

1. Are you interested in taking a beginning sewing class, or would you like to be taken off the mailing list?
2. What times/days are you most available: Saturday afternoons, Wednesday evenings, or Thursday evenings?
3. Are you interested in learning hand sewing as a preface to machine sewing, or would you like to get right into machine sewing?
4. What projects are you most interested in creating?
5. Do you have any experience with sewing?

Thanks guys! As soon as I get this info, I can set an actual date as well as send you a syllabus for when the class will start, supplies you need, and what it will entail. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Have a great weekend :)

Miles Davis Needs A Home!

MILES DAVIS NEEDS A HOME!

No, not the great trumpet player that you all know and love, but the dog. Miles Davis (AKA "Tiny Dancer" AKA "Danger Mouse") is a 1 1/2 year old, full grown 33 lb. mixed breed (your guess is as good as mine) who's in need of a loving owner, a nice back yard to play in, daily walks, and healthy doses of his favorite human food, peanut butter. Miles is a healthy little guy, he's all caught up on his shots and rabies vaccinations, and visits the good people at Stanton Animal Hospital for check ups. He is much loved, but both of his owners are moving away, one to San Francisco and one to teach abroad, and neither are able to take him along. He and his brother were saved out in Elkins, AR when they were just a few weeks old, and I'd like to think that he's had a pretty great life ever since. He likes long, brisk walks, doing tricks ("sit!," 'lay down!," and my personal favorite, "HIGH 5!,") for delicious treats, belly scratches, and running around on the Old Main lawn (shhh...) after dark. He loves all people and fellow dogs alike. Miles is crate trained and house trained.

If you, or anyone you know is looking for a new best friend, Miles is one helluva choice.

Please contact Paul at [479] 283-4689, or e-mail Paul if you have any questions.

Thanks!
