Artist Reception – I. M. Spa hosts reception for Angela Peace Photography. Angela Peace is an accomplished photographer whose joy in art comes in the form of risking life and limb to get to the most untouched, beautiful places and bringing them to us in the form of photography. Her formal education is in law, business, and computer information systems. She has taught graphic arts and web design at community colleges all over Northwest Arkansas. She has studied at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, as well as spent extensive time with Tim Ernst, hiking in the woods and catching nature in her photography. Angela can be seen almost every weekend around Northwest Arkansas with a kayak on her car heading to a remote location to get the good shots.
This exhibition is on display beginning on January 20. The public is invited to attend a reception hosted by I.M. Spa during Downtown Fayetteville’s First Thursday Event on February 4, 2010 from 5 till 8p.m. Refreshments will be served.
