The YouthCAN! Mission

YouthCAN! has a mission… to provide and sponsor creative activities and programs that empower youth to make responsible choices. Our agency is two-fold: one side supports a substance abuse and delinquency prevention coalition in working on environmental change that reduces youth access to alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. The other side provides many programs that use art as a transformative tool to engage at-risk youth, families, youth in substance abuse treatment facilities, etc. to realize their own power an take control of their lives. Reconnecting youth with families, school and communities is the primary focus of these programs and learning artistic skills is the process. Come be a part of this artistic process!
