Corporate trainer and speaker Willie Johnson of J.B Hunt Transport will present “Service Pays: The Combination for Killer Customer Service.” Great customer service isn’t a department -- it is a simple philosophy that everyone in an organization needs to embrace, regardless of their position and/or title, and it can be broken down into four basic parts. These four points could be considered the starting point — the basics.
