(Fayetteville, AR - February 14, 2008) – Alexander, Merry-Ship & Alt Real Estate Group, Inc., reports good progress on the transformation of the former E.J. Ball Plaza into the renovated Ball Plaza and is looking for first-floor food service offering outdoor seating as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner to downtown offices.
