The building has been a landmark in downtown Fayetteville since 1965.
Ball Plaza consists of seven stories totaling over 57,000 square feet of commercial space. Located right off the Downtown Square on West Center Street and with new management in place, the building is undergoing renovations that include new energy-efficient windows, updated common areas and upgrades for not only all elevator areas but also the bathrooms on every floor.
Plans for Ball Plaza include up to 20,000 MOL square feet available for tenants, individual offices, streetside café or deli, site manager on location and high-speed Internet systems.
Owners are Ball Plaza Holdings, LLC, members Richard Alexander, John Nock, Ted and Leslie Belden and Hank Broyles.
