Before we launch into an hour of speed networking, we feature a motivational message by consultant and corporate trainer Danny Frost. He will discuss the fundamentals of being a true leader. So many leaders try to steal their way into leadership using fear or intimidation. Others assume they are a “leader” simply because they have been given a position or title. In doing so, leaders fall short of what a true leader is.
He will give us ideas on becoming the leader that we were meant to be while bringing up a generation of leaders behind us.
About the speaker: Danny Frost is a business professional, consultant, and facilitator who uses his creative and energetic presentations to address teams and organizations dealing with some of today’s hottest issues. He has over 17 years experience working as a consultant and training manager in multi-million dollar retail outlets and companies. They trust him to motivate their teams and help them understand the basics of dealing with personal change and leadership styles to improve bottom line performance and — most of all — their personal lives.
