Chef Chrissy now offers Gluten Free Penne Pasta by request for our gluten intolerant guests. It can be substituted on any of our pasta dishes, (except lasagna), such as the spinach fettuccini in a white wine cream sauce with chicken, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms. Come enjoy your favorite Bordinos pasta again!

My pick for the YEAR, not just the month is the Marietta Cellars "Angeli Cuvee". ($53.00) This red blend (Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, & Carignane) comes from the Alexander Valley appellation and has been a staff favorite for the past seven years. Combining full flavors of dark berries, oak and licorice allows this wine to be paired with most of our Entrees. I suggest ordering it with the Duck or Lamb.
