AthletePlus Sports Performance & Physical Therapy will conduct a Lineman Camp for ages 10-18 on Saturday July 21 at the All-Star Sports Arena in Springdale. Current NFL defensive lineman Carlos Hall of the Denver Broncos, former Razorback and Atlanta Falcon Raymond House, former Razorback and NFL player Steve Conley, and former Razorback Marcus Campbell will be among the camp instructors. Defensive lineman emphasis will be on stance, pass rush techniques, spacing, stripping, reading reaction, slant techniques and the most important thing – position. Offensive Lineman emphasis will be on stance, pass protection, foot placement, pulling, defensive recognition, and individual and team blocks. The camp will run from 8 am to 1 pm and will cost $100 for 14 and up, and $75 for 13 and under.
AthletePlus will provide athletic testing and lineman specific speed and strength techniques. National Scouting Report will be present for recruiting information.
Jerry Lindsey of Impact Martial Arts will provide demonstrations on use of hands and hand speed.

“We are very excited to have current and former NFL players along with former Razorbacks to assist with our camp. These guys are not just great players, but have excellent knowledge of the lineman position.” stated Chris Cothern, physical therapist and Strength/Speed coach with AthletePlus.

AthletePlus will be providing lineman specific speed/agility training, along with AthleticorePlus training. We will laser time them in the 40, and also the first 10 yards, which is really more important.
