Fiesta de Negocios - Feb. 23, 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. The Multicultural Committee of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce will celebrate "Black History Month" at the next Fiesta de Negocios (business party) at Embassy Suites, 3303 Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers.
