We recently found the perfect home in Fayetteville and are leaving the property we have been leasing on September 30th and we are helping the owners find a new tenant.
The leasing property will be available on October 1st. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath within walking distance to Gulley Park (something we often did!). There is a little over 2000 sq feet with a LR, formal dining area, eat in kitchen, laundry room, and two car garage. The owners are professional, maintain the property well and are easy to work with.
It is a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to the Mall and surrounding shopping areas as well as the Crossover shopping area. We also found there to be a direct, less than 10 minute route to downtown. It is located in the Butterfield school district although many of the children in the neighborhood, including ours, go to various schools. We found the area so delightful that we our new home is only a block away!
