Job Description
-Serve as the primary point of contact with client counterparts to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include timeline creation and management, online advocacy, community-outreach efforts, promotions, vendor management etc.
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
- Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Manage Blogger outreach programs for clients
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of campaigns, analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Provide regular feedback on campaign activities and social media monitoring to provide insights to clients
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
-Analyze and baseline social media conversation metrics
-Summarize and analyze campaign results
-Create kickoff documents, baseline reports, weekly and wrap-up reports and presentation and present to campaign stakeholders

Skills
- College Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience
-Strong project management and organizational skills
- Great attitude and ability to be flexible and entrepreneurial
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where you are responsible for identifying and implementing processes, systems and best practices

Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree
- 4 to 5 years experience
- Public relations, Marketing, Sales or Community Management experience
-Walmart or CPG experience
-Shopper Marketing experience
