Race for the Coach
Come support Coach Greg Matthews’ appeal of the Fayetteville School District’s decision to terminate his employment at Woodland Junior High School.
The start of the Mud Creek Trail is located between Target and the Razorback Cinema, behind the Mall Wal-Mart in Fayetteville, and runs eastward for 1.9 miles.
We will all begin the trail at the same time, but you may complete as much of the trail as you like and at whatever pace suits you.
A donation of at least $10 is encouraged for all participants and all proceeds will go towards Coach Matthews’ legal fees.
All remaining funds not used by Coach Matthews will be donated to A.J., a student at Woodland Junior High who is suffering from Friedreich's Ataxia. More on A.J. can be found here: http://www.imwithaj.com
Those of you who will be unable to participate on Saturday, but would like to support Coach Matthews may send a check made out to "Coach Greg Matthews Fund" to the following address:
