We invite you to join us for the upcoming VariYoga workshop! Andrea and Bryan have created these workshops to help develop your understanding of sequencing and increase your confidence for practicing on your own.
No previous yoga experience is required.

3:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday
Optional 9:00am Meditation
