Upcoming Workshops at Little Mountain Bindery

Hi everyone,
It's approaching mid-November (I can't believe it) and we have some fun workshops coming up. First, the very popular Paper Ornaments workshop is coming up in two weeks. This class fills up fast so reserve your spot today. We also have a new introductory class in leather binding (See description below). This class will be open to beginners, but will require that you purchase your own paring knife. If you want the bindery to provide these for you (cost $25), we can order them this Tuesday morning. Or you can bring your own knife.

For December, we have a great gift wrap class where you will learn to personalize your own gift wrap with various techniques. It will be a fun inexpensive way to get in the holiday spirit. We also have a new box (this class is approaching full so sign up soon!) called the double-drawer jewelry box. All of our boxes are made from bookboard, paper, and/or cloth. Boxmaking is very fun and (warning) very addictive.

To all the new people we met at the Farmer's Market this Saturday, WELCOME! We were happy to meet you all.

Just a reminder, that our deadline for Christmas book restoration has passed. However, if you still have a special book that you want to be restored, we are in the process of making cute little gift books that you can wrap and give. The book will have something printed on the inside that assures your recipient that their book is in good hands and will be finished soon.

As always, we will have gift certificates for sale. Please contact us if you would like to buy one.

Hope to see you at the bindery soon!
