Trail Ride with AYC

Join Andrea of the Arkansas Yoga Center and the Fayetteville Bicycle Company for a ride on the new bike trails of Fayetteville, starting from the Arkansas Yoga Center.

Date: November 1st, 2008
Time: Yoga Class begins at 1:00pm with bike ride to follow along the new trails
Cost: $15.00 for a one hour yoga class and the trail ride.
If you don't already have a bike, $35.00 will cover a bike rental from FBC
and yoga class .

Bike Trip Tip #1

Always stretch before you ride! The Arkansas Yoga Center is offering a one hour yoga class before the bike ride just for that purpose! Wear something comfortable and come enjoy the class!

Bike Trip Tip #2

Don't have a bike? Bikes are provided by Barry Haley from the Fayetteville Bicycle Company. To get your bike for the trail ride, show up to the yoga center at 12:30pm, before the yoga class begins!
