Fayette Junction Master Plan

The City of Fayetteville Long Range Planning Division is preparing for our
second neighborhood plan, which was one of the objectives of City Plan 2025.
This neighborhood plan will focus on the area along Razorback Road between
I-540 and 15th Street, including Fayette Junction, the former center of
Fayetteville's lumber industry at the turn of the century. This area has the
potential to be a shining example of a gateway into a city, transit-oriented
development, clean tech industrial growth and other ideas that stakeholders
will bring to the table on September 13. We invite you to participate in the
charrette events and contribute your knowledge to the master plan process.
