Arkansas Yoga Center Upcoming Workshops
Below are a couple of items that might interest you. We have two workshops coming up soon, the VariYoga Workshop at the Nurture Day Spay and Yoga Studio in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the second weekend in September and a workshop with Alanna Kaivalya at the Arkansas Yoga Center the first weekend in October . If you have friends in Hot Springs, please let them know about our VariYoga workshop! It is open to all levels.

VariYoga comes to Hot Springs, September 12th thru 14th! Plan now to join Andrea and Bryan for this fun weekend workshop at Nurture Day Spa in Hot Springs. Explore yoga poses and sequences, meditation and breathwork to awaken, refresh and renew. This workshop is open to all levels, and is accessible, even for beginners. Registration for this workshop is taken care of by Nurture Day Spa.

Workshop with Alanna Kaivalya - The JivaDiva
Alanna Kaivalya will be in Fayetteville at the Arkansas Yoga Center October 3rd, 4th, and 5th for a workshop weekend. Join the weekend for a walk through The Myths of Asana, Essence of Chakras, and The Power of Nada Yoga. Unravel the mysteries behind your favorite poses, analyze your body, uncover your power, and feel the vibrations.
Available sessions are:
Friday, October 3rd (7-9pm) - Myths of Asana
Saturday, October 4th (10am-12:30pm & 2:30-5pm) - Essence of the Chakras
Sunday, October 5th (10am-1pm) - Sacred Vibration
