L & L Mechanical Services, the Linc Service Contractor for Northwest Arkansas is a well established HVAC/Service contractor in the state of Arkansas. L&L is searching for an experienced HVAC PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE to call on building owners and upper level management within the Washington and Benton County markets. This position will respond to current customer needs and also proactively target commercial, industrial, manufacturing and private institutional markets. We want to help building operators control their budgets more effectively by increasing the efficiencies of their large scale, energy consuming, heating and cooling systems.

Highlights of the position include:
Commission program that has no limits or ceiling.

Affiliation with over 130 Linc Service Contractors in the U.S., Canada, and Bermuda.
Initial Training at the Linc World Learning Center, (Atlanta & Pittsburgh)
