Benefit BBQ Benefiting Toni Greetan

$5 per plate
Friday, July 13th 4-6 p.m.
Boys & Girls Club-Mckinney Unit
2801 N. Walker Street, Bentonville

Toni Greetan lives in our community and recently had a severe car accident that has left her paralyzed from the pelvis down. Toni is 18 years old and has been a club member of the Boys & Girls Club of Benton county for 12 years. She lives with her grandmother and 2 younger sisters. She recently underwent a 10-hour surgery to repair her severed spine.

Toni has been moved to Health South in Fayetteville and is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation.
An account has been set up at Arvest Bank through a new program of the Boys & Girls Club, Project Hope (Helping Our People Everyday). The long-term goal is to help the family with mounting medical bills, renovating their home to make it handicap accessible and the purchase of a wheelchair.

Donations can be made at any Arvest Bank under Toni Greetan Fund through the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County. *All donations are tax deductible.

For large orders, please contact: Sabrina.Rampy@cox-internet.com or (479) 273-7187

Update on Toni:

After complications that included surgery to remove her gall bladder and a difficult to diagnose antibiotic resistant urinary tract infection, Toni is back home in Bentonville until sometime in September while she mends from her injuries and surgery.

Given the circumstances, Toni is doing well.

I understand that the fund raiser on July 13 went very well. The family appreciates it very much.

The quilt that is being raffled was made by my wife, Karen Goad, who is Toni's great-aunt. The raffle drawing is August 20th. Tickets are $5. The quilt can be seen at the Boys and Girls club. The contact information for ordering tickets is the same as that mentioned in the original post.
