Afrique Aya Dance and Drum Classes

West African drum and dance classes are offered weekly by director Yao Angelo. Both classes are open to the public and are desighned for all ages and levels to attend. Yao teaches traditional Ivory coast and other West African dances and rhythms. Yao Angelo teaches the fundamentals of African dance with an African emphasis.
Private lessons are available upon request.

From the corner of I-540 and Hwy 412, go west (toward Tontitown) on Hwy 412 to the first street on the right - Mathias St. Just before the KFC, turn right on Mathias and go to the end of the street. At the stop sign, turn right on Bleaux Ave. Continue on Bleaux Ave as it turns to the left and becomes Madison St. Go one block to the end of Madison Street. Gymnastics Joe's will be in a big metal building at the end of the street. There is a sign out front. Call 479-582-2859 for additional directions.
