News from the Greenhouse Grille

The Greenhouse Grille will be featuring Valentines Day Specials all
week long. To get your taste buds excited to, here are just a few of
the featured specials: Lamb and Goat Cheese Phyllo Triangles with a
Tomato-Rose Sauce, Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinated Filet Mignon
with
Ozark Hash, Organic Winter Squash Soup, Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna,
Roasted Red Pepper Soup with a Goat Cheese Cream Swirl, Fried
Calamari, and Banana Fosters with a Brandy Caramel Sauce.

We have recently extended our hours of operation from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
on Tuesday-Saturday, with happy hour every day from 3-6 p.m. Happy
hour will featuring $1 off all bar drinks and appetizers. We are
also excited to display new art work by local and internationally
renowned artist George Dombek.

Since the opening day, the Greenhouse Grille has implemented certain
"green" or environmentally conscious and sustainable practices to the
overall operation of the restaurant. The Greenhouse Grille proudly
supports local farms and business whenever available, has developed
an in house recycling program, uses filtered drinking and cooking
water, and uses environmentally safe soaps, cleaning agents and
recycled paper products. We also do our best to feature select
organic produce and breads, free-range and natural meats, organic
beers and natural sodas, vegan and vegetarian menu items. These are
just a few extra attributes about our restaurant, for you and our
planet to enjoy. We hope that it all contributes to a positive
experience at the Greenhouse Grille.
