Job Opening: After-Hours Customer Service and Logistics

Job Description: Part-time position working Mon-Weds nights. After-Hours staff is expected to handle customers’ logistics needs in an efficient and professional manner after normal business hours. This involves carrying a pager and responding to customer calls and orders as they are placed. Position involves occasional driving between points in Northwest Arkansas in company vehicle. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right applicant.

Requirements:

Ability to respond quickly to customer needs throughout the night
Clean driving record
Internet access at home (preferred but not required)
Ability to make critical decisions quickly
Good communication skills are a must
Attention to detail required
Compensation includes a daily stipend as well as an hourly wage for actual hours worked. Hours are Mon-Weds nights, from 4:30 PM through 8:30 AM. Due to the on-call nature of this position, actual hours worked will vary widely.
